LittleVela offers free shipping on products sold through the store. Our standard delivery target is 3–5 calendar days after an order is successfully processed. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, destination conditions, weather, address issues, public holidays, or other circumstances outside reasonable control.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
- Risk of loss and title transfer as required under applicable law and the circumstances of delivery.
- LittleVela offers free returns and exchanges within 30 days, subject to the applicable return conditions and product eligibility requirements.
- Items should be returned in a condition reasonably consistent with the return instructions provided for the request.
- Refund timing can vary depending on inspection, processing, payment method, and financial institution.
Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
Pricing & Promotions
Promotions apply according to their stated conditions
LittleVela may offer discounts, promotional pricing, subscriber benefits, or selected-product offers. Promotional availability can change and may be subject to product exclusions, timing, inventory, eligibility, or other stated conditions.
- Customers who successfully subscribe by email receive an automatic 15% sitewide discount without a discount code.
- The subscriber discount is not limited to a first order unless a future promotion clearly states otherwise.
- Selected promotional products may receive an automatic 20% discount without a discount code.
- Unless clearly stated otherwise, discounts may not be combined where the checkout system or promotion rules do not permit stacking.
- We may correct obvious pricing, discount, typographical, or technical errors before completing an order.
